Felicity has loved and looked after dogs for almost as long as she can remember : Janie (a beautiful Dachshund puppy) was given to her when she was only 6 years old.
Holiday plans are are often more difficult when you need to find a suitable dog kennels with trustworthy staff. The enjoyment spoiling feelings of guilt and anxiety at the thought of leaving your dogs in "prison", were ones we came to know well.
After an incident at a kennels in summer 1995 (in retrospect, quite funny) we vowed never to use standard kennels again. Instead, we found an ideal dog-minding service in the home of a part-time veterinary nurse. Some years later, when the nurse retired from dog-minding, we could not find another - so we only holidayed in UK dog-friendly self catering accomodation.
In 2005, Neil changed job - to tip his work-life-balance into slightly less manic territory - and Felicity knew exactly what to do to restore the family income to safe levels : cosypets.co.uk was born and the number of satisfied dog-loving customers grew to near full-capacity within a year. Book early to avoid disappointment.
