What innoculations must my dog have?
Standard annual innoculations ( against leptospirosis, distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza ) are all that are needed. Innoculation against "Kennel Cough" is not compulsory but is strongly recommended. We insist that dogs are flea treated and wormed.
Could my bitch stay if she is "on heat"?
We ask that you let us know the approximate time of the next heat. Generally, we will not take bitches "on heat". We have an "entire" male and it gives us considerable logistic problems!
What if my dog needs to see a vet'?
You will have signed an agreement to permit us to take your dog to a vet' at your expense. Of course, this is only for serious or emergency cases; and since cosypets opened in 2005, we have needed to take a guest-dog to a vet' only once. Where possible, we would use your own vet (if that is what you prefer), and we would always try to contact you first.
